Denmark and Serbia drew 0-0 at Allianz Arena, and the Scandinavian team advanced to the Round of 16 of the EURO by securing second place in Group C with three points in the group stage.

In a sluggish match with few chances, Serbia's goalkeeper Rajkovic made key saves to keep his team in the game, but Serbia was eliminated after finishing last in the group. 

Despite tying with Slovenia in points, goals, cards, and qualification points (they were in the same group), Denmark advanced thanks to their head-to-head advantage over Slovenia in June and November 2023, favoring Kasper Hjulmand's team.
