How Serious Is Green Bay Packers Quarterback Jordan Love’s Injury?
Green Bay Packers fans were seriously worried when their starting quarterback, Jordan Love, left the field with an injury during their loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. However, they can breathe a sigh of relief as he won't miss the entire 2024 NFL season.
According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Love's injury is a medial collateral ligament (MCL) sprain, meaning it won't sideline him for the remainder of the season.
What happened to Jordan Love at the end of the game vs. Philadelphia Eagles?
Love attempted a pass as the clock was winding down when he was hit by two Eagles defenders, bringing him down. He remained on the field in visible pain while being treated by the team's medical staff and was unable to return to the game.
Malik Willis, who joined the Packers in August, replaced Love for the final two plays, ending with an incomplete pass and a quarterback sack.
Love finished the game completing 17 of 34 passes for 260 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception in the loss.
