When Will Ronald Araujo Return from Injury? His Comeback Is Nearing
Ronald Araujo, the central defender for FC Barcelona, is in the final phase of recovery from an injury sustained in July during the Copa America.
The Uruguayan player underwent surgery for a torn left biceps femoral tendon, initially estimating a recovery period of about four months.
Recently, Araujo has intensified his training at the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper, engaging in field exercises and moving past physiotherapy and gym sessions.
The club has shared images of the player training at a good pace, indicating a possible return before the end of the year.
Although there is no official date confirmed for his return, Araujo is expected to be available for coach Hansi Flick in early December.
His return will be crucial for strengthening the team’s defense, which has faced several absences in that area during the season.
Araujo himself has expressed optimism about his recovery, stating, “I am going to come back like a bull.”
